Tell us about Medivon

Medivon is a European wellness technology brand focused on recovery, relaxation and everyday performance. We create devices that help people feel better in their daily lives - whether that means reducing stress, improving circulation, supporting muscle recovery or simply enhancing comfort at home.

We operate in the fast-growing at-home wellness segment, offering massage devices, compression systems, EMS electrostimulation, heating and cooling therapy, and other recovery-focused products. Our goal is to make effective wellness solutions accessible, practical and easy to integrate into everyday routines.

 

What sets Medivon apart from its competitors?

What truly differentiates us is the way we combine innovation with retail understanding.

We don’t just design products - we design products that perform well in-store. That means strong packaging, clear benefit communication, attractive price positioning and solid margins for partners.

At the same time, we stay very close to global wellness trends. The category is evolving quickly, and we move with it - but always in a structured and scalable way. We build long-term product lines, not one-season trends.

Another important element is our flexibility. We treat distributors and retailers as long-term partners and adapt our cooperation model to local market realities.

Tell us about your typical customer

Our typical customer is between 25 and 55 years old and leads a busy, often demanding lifestyle.

They are professionals, active individuals or consumers increasingly focused on health and longevity. Many of them balance work stress with physical activity and are looking for convenient at-home recovery solutions.

They are not necessarily professional athletes - they are everyday consumers who want to feel better, recover faster and improve their overall comfort.

 

Which markets are you looking to develop this year?

This year, we are strongly focused on expanding in Western Europe - particularly Germany, France, Spain and Italy - while continuing to strengthen our presence in Central and Eastern Europe. Today, Medivon products are available in over 30 countries across Europe, and we certainly do not intend to stop there. Our ambition goes beyond the European market.

We can already share that our products will soon be launching in Australia, marking an important step in our global expansion strategy. At the same time, we are exploring selected Middle Eastern markets and travel retail opportunities. Our priority remains building strong distributor relationships and partnerships with established retail chains that recognise the long-term growth potential of the wellness category.

 

Beyond selling to consumers, are you exploring other channels?

Yes, definitely. Beyond traditional retail, we see opportunities in sports clubs, physiotherapy clinics, fitness centres and corporate wellbeing programmes. These channels are important because they strengthen brand credibility and open additional distribution pathways. Wellness today is not limited to consumer retail - it is becoming part of broader lifestyle and health ecosystems.

Do you work with brand ambassadors? How do you support your channel partners?

We collaborate with fitness and wellness influencers in different markets to create authentic engagement around our products. For our channel partners, we provide marketing assets, product training, POS materials and seasonal campaign support. We also run activations that help generate demand, not just supply stock. Our approach is simple: if our partners grow, we grow.

 

Are you planning any product launches at Channel Summit EMEA?

Yes, Channel Summit EMEA will be an important moment for us. At our stand, visitors will be able to see several key innovations for 2026, including our new LED therapy masks, vibration platforms and our latest lymphatic drainage compression system, Lumina.

We will also present updated merchandising concepts and discuss how retailers can capture growth in the expanding at-home wellness category. For us, the show is about building strong, long-term partnerships and creating scalable growth opportunities across EMEA.
