Verkkokauppa.com takes over online retailer E-ville

Finnish online retailer Verkkokauppa.com has announced its acquisition of Nordic e-tailer E-ville. E-ville’s online platform sells to B2B and B2C channels in categories such as electric vehicles, gaming products and sporting goods, and has been expanding its market coverage beyond Finland into Sweden and Denmark. E-ville has a sourcing team based in Hong Kong, and is a distributor for brands Oukitel and Ulefone.

The acquisition gives us the possibility to accelerate our growth in one of our strategic growth areas."


Verkkokauppa.com announced revenues of €574.5 million for 2021, a year on year growth of 3.5% (vs 2020), and has forecast 2022 revenues to be between €590–640 million.
