Broadliner TD SYNNEX has appointed Pascal Murciano as Senior Vice President, Southern Europe, and Judith Schreibmayer as Senior Vice President, Nordic and Eastern Europe. The company also announced that Patrick Steenssens, Senior Vice President, Benelux, will join the European management team and report directly to Patrick Zammit, President Europe for TD SYNNEX.

Pascal Murciano will lead a newly created region, Southern Europe, which includes TD SYNNEX' operations in France, Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and Italy. In this new role, he will continue to manage the company's activities in France and the management of Italy and Iberia will report to him from now on. Judith Schreibmayer is extending her responsibility as head of Eastern Europe to the Nordic region and the country managements in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland - as well as the heads of the business units, operations and support functions in the Nordic region - will report to her, alongside the current Eastern Europe management team. Pascal Murciano and Judith Schreibmayer will continue to report to Patrick Zammit and will be part of the company's European management team.

Judith Schreibmayer, Pascal Murciano and Patrick Steenssens are seasoned IT distribution executives. Their leadership experience and strong market knowledge will be valuable assets in their new roles. Ms. Schreibmayer started with Avnet TS in 2000 and held sales management positions in EMEA and other countries, before becoming vice president for Eastern Europe in 2012.

She continued in this role after the acquisition of Avnet TS by Tech Data (now TD SYNNEX) in 2017. Pascal Murciano started working for Tech Data France in 2000 as Finance Director, before moving into sales management roles, becoming the company's overall operations leader in France in 2011. Patrick Steenssens started with the company in 2002 as logistics manager, before becoming executive leader for Belgium in 2004 and Benelux in 2018.

"With this announcement, we are adjusting our sub-regional leadership structure to be closer to our key industry partners and to better leverage our scale and reach in the region. I am delighted that Judith and Pascal will continue to bring their business acumen and customer-focused attitude to our management team in Europe in their new expanded roles", said Patrick Zammit. "Judith has gained tremendous experience in leading a complex, multi-country region. She has also become a strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, playing a key role in setting up our DCI programme in Europe. Pascal, meanwhile, has led France through significant transformation and growth, while supporting our evolution to become a leading solutions aggregator and distributor for the French market, and making significant progress in environmental, social and governance practices."

"It is also a pleasure to welcome Patrick Steenssens to our European Executive Committee. His passion for innovation, customer focus, operational excellence and ESG will be a great asset to the team. Throughout their long careers with the company, Judith, Pascal and Patrick have proven to be exceptional, committed and people-oriented leaders, empowering their teams to deliver great results and building our TD SYNNEX culture around our values", added Patrick Zammit.

As a result of these changes, Dominique Deklerck, who headed the former Benelux, Iberia and Italy region, and Joachim Palmé, regional manager for the Nordic countries, have left the company. Patrick Zammit said: "I would like to thank Joachim and Dominique for their significant contribution to the performance of TD SYNNEX in their respective regions over the last few years and wish them both well for the future."
