French security VAD Hermitage Solutions has signed an agreement with Swimlane, a fast-growing pure-player in the field of security automation.
After the addition at the beginning of the year of solutions aimed at service providers, such as JumpCloud (Open Directory platform), Accedian (threat detection and response solution), Secutec (network security and optimization), and Virtuozzo (complete cloud services platform), Hermitage Solutions will now distribute a solution enabling enterprises and service providers to automate security operations and incident response, powered by Swimlane.
The Swimlane Turbine platform provides a modern approach to automating security workflows in and beyond the security operations center (SOC). Its flexibility and scalability enables managed security service providers (MSSPs) to deliver enhanced service levels. Swimlane Turbine unifies security operations into a central system that helps establish, customize and automate rapid incident response workflows for customers, while analyst tasks within the SOC can be prioritized and optimized using the centralized platform.
“As businesses increasingly work remotely and rely on cloud-based technologies, they also increase their number of devices, increasing their exposure to threats and attacks. For these reasons, they are turning to managed services to quickly meet their growing needs. The opportunity for MSSPs is great. It is even more so with the optimization of SOC operations thanks to Swimlane", said Mike Kay, VP of Business Development at Swimlane.
“Swimlane addresses several needs for our customers, including filling chronic staffing shortages that can have a devastating impact on their operations and bottom line. Indeed, Swimlane makes it possible to manage clients and technological tools from a central console in order to provide incident response while optimizing the internal resources of the SOC”, expressed Frédéric Cluzeau, president of Hermitage Solutions.
