Swiss document management specialist Faigle has taken over Sysprint, based in Schlieren on January 1st, 2023. As a leading Swiss family-owned company in the field of integrated document management and business process digitization, Faigle will further strengthen its market position.

Sysprint is a leading provider and specialist of hardware and software solutions for output management and a long-standing HP partner. Over the years, the company has become an expert in managed print services. In addition to high-quality printers and multifunction devices, the portfolio includes widely used application and management software for printing processes that have proven themselves over many years.

As part of their succession planning, the two shareholders of Sysprint AG, Fredy Nünlist and Stephan Schiegg, have decided to sell the company, which they founded more than 25 years ago and which has been successful from the start. After careful consideration, the choice fell on Faigle AG. Fredy Nünlist says: "we have known Faigle for many years, both as a co-supplier and as a customer of our software solutions. As a family business with a long tradition, managed by the third generation, Faigle is characterized by a high level of customer orientation. In the many discussions leading up to our decision, we were able to convince ourselves that the business philosophy and culture of both companies are a good match. I am therefore pleased that with Faigle as a reliable partner, we have found a solution for our long-standing customers and employees that guarantees the continuity of our high-quality services and a trusting cooperation."

Sysprint will continue its activities with all employees as an independent company located in Schlieren. In order to ensure the said continuity, the current chairman of the board of directors, Fredy Nünlist, will remain a member of the board of directors and, in the first instance, will continue to manage the activities of Sysprint. Stefan Schiegg will remain in an advisory role to the company.

Andres Iten, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Faigle, adds: "we are delighted to have another highly competent team joining the company, which has achieved an outstanding position in the market, particularly with its unique software solutions. We are convinced that by joining forces, we can inspire our existing and new customers even better with innovative solutions and support them in the digital transformation."
