The Channel Summit META Awards 2026 were a true celebration of the channel, its people, business potential and industry achievements.
19 awards ranging from best in show by product category to circular economy initiatives. The awards are always a great way to round off our events and we’re pleased to present the people and companies that took home the trophies on the night.
Voted for live by the attending retailers, the brief was a simple one - which brands showed the most promise, had put some thought into their channel strategy, went about their meetings professionally and had products with channel potential. After 2 days of one on ones, product demonstrations and networking, the delegates had plenty to draw on when making up their minds on who deserved to win the Best Vendor Award.

This application based award was open to any retailer operating in the META region. Focused on 4 product categories, the Channel Summit judging committee reviewed each entry against a clear criteria and were especially keen to find evidence of creativity, launch strategy, impact and ROI.

An award for the industry and by the industry. These awards recognise the individuals who are making the difference and whose work is at time above and beyond what’s expected.
The Channel Summit team interviews attending retailers and collects a comprehensive list of names and recommendations. A shortlist is created from this pool of names and presented on the night for the attending retailers to cast their vote.

Last but most certainly not least, this award celebrates progress of a different kind. E-waste continues to be a challenge for the industry globally and while more needs to be done, there are some retailers taking the initiative to further circular principles around repair, reuse and recycling.
This award celebrates every initiative and application but one in particular stood out for the judges and was recognised on the night as the worthy winner.
Jumbo Skill Olympiad 2026

The Jumbo Skill Olympiad 2026 created a platform that celebrates the people behind repair while reinforcing a broader objective: developing stronger repair capabilities that can help products stay in use for longer.
The inaugural Olympiad also established a foundation that can be developed further through continued technician upskilling, knowledge sharing, and recognition of service excellence.
